Baler Press Machines
Our baling presses are designed to compact a wide range of materials, including paper, cardboard, PET bottles, nylon, textiles, aluminum cans, and industrial packaging. We also offer specialized projects for the agricultural and biomass sectors to efficiently press materials like straw, sawdust, and rice husks.
Vertical balers are ideal for facilities with limited space, operating with manual feeding for medium-scale capacities. Horizontal baling presses, on the other hand, are engineered for large-scale recycling plants requiring continuous waste flow, fully automated feeding via conveyor belts, and high-capacity output.
Depending on your operational needs, we manufacture presses with robust hydraulic compression forces ranging from 10 tons to 150 tons. Bale weights vary between 50 kg and 1,000 kg, depending on the machine model and the density of the compacted material.
Recycling & Crushing Systems
Our industrial plastic crushers feature specialized rotor and blade designs to highly efficiently shred various hard and soft plastics, including PET, HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PVC, as well as industrial plastic blocks, pipes, and glass waste.
Yes. Beyond manufacturing individual machines, we design, engineer, and install end-to-end integrated recycling lines. This includes conveyor systems, crushing units, washing and drying lines, and fully automated baling systems to optimize your entire recycling process.
We use high-strength, special alloy steel blades that meet international standards for maximum wear resistance. While blade life depends on the processed material, our blades are designed for re-sharpening, ensuring long-lasting performance and cost-efficiency.
Industrial Compost Machines
Our automated compost machines are closed-loop systems that rapidly ferment food and agricultural organic waste. By optimizing heat, moisture, and specialized aeration, they convert waste into nutrient-rich, environmentally friendly organic fertilizer.
While traditional composting methods take months, our advanced technology systems typically complete the fermentation process in just 24 to 48 hours, depending on the specific type of organic waste.
No. Our machines are equipped with specially designed carbon or bio-filtered exhaust systems. Thanks to their leak-proof construction and odor elimination units, they operate safely and completely odor-free, even in closed industrial environments.
Certification, Technology & Customization
Absolutely. Europe is our primary export market. All our machines hold high-standard CE certifications and fully comply with the 2006/42/EC Machinery Directive, 2014/35/EU Low Voltage Directive (LVD), and 2014/30/EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (EMC).
Yes. Our machines feature advanced PLC-controlled infrastructures. We offer optional smart automation solutions, including remote access, real-time production data monitoring, fault diagnosis, and seamless Industry 4.0 integration.
Yes. In line with our engineering-based manufacturing approach, we design and produce fully customized (tailor-made) industrial machines to precisely match your facility’s physical space, operational workflows, and specific capacity requirements.
After-Sales Service & Support
All our manufactured machines and systems come with a standard 2-year warranty against manufacturing and workmanship defects. Furthermore, we guarantee spare parts availability for 10 years throughout the machine’s service life.
Yes. For all machines we export, on-site assembly, mechanical integration, commissioning, and comprehensive operator training are conducted directly by our expert team of engineers and technicians.
Through our smart automation systems, we provide 24/7 remote technical support to instantly resolve software issues. For mechanical faults or spare part requirements, we dispatch readily available components from our stock via express shipping anywhere in Europe, ensuring minimal downtime for your production.
