Granule Cutting Machine – High Precision and Superior Durability
After exiting the extruder line, plastic melt materials are transformed into granules of the desired size by the granule cutting machine. This high-performance system can be safely used in the recycling and production processes of a wide variety of plastic types such as PE, PP, HDPE, LDPE, ABS, PS, and PU. The advanced inverter-controlled cutting motor allows for easy adjustment of granule sizes according to production requirements. The cutting process is performed by spring-loaded and precisely adjustable blades located on a water-cooled horizontal chuck. The blades are made of 1.2379 grade steel, offering high wear resistance and long service life.
The machine body is manufactured from AISI 304 stainless steel, providing superior performance in terms of both durability and hygiene standards. The chuck and blade design shortens maintenance times thanks to its quick change feature.
The cut granules are effectively dried by a vertical centrifugal drying system and transferred directly to bags or silos. This speeds up the production process while maintaining the highest level of final product quality.
